RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

BETTY FISH do not allow returns and will only allow exchanges on a case to case basis, only if the item(s) sent to you is / are incorrect ,faulty based on PRG.

 

For exchange item(s), we will reimburse normal postage fees for defects and incorrect items sent to the customer. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

 

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

 

For defective items which are out of stock, the customer is entitled for an exchange of the same value for any item on the shop.

 

POLICY OF RETURNING GOODS (PRG)

Items should be returned unused and with all BETTY FISH and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

 

Please email customercare@bettyfish.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without BETTY FISH tags.

 

Shoes

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

 

Lingerie & Swimwear

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.


Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days delivery of goods. We will not entertain any defect brought to our attention after 30 days from invoice date. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

 

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on BETTY FISH. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

Size

We do not allow exchanges in sizes as the measurements are clearly provided on our Website. We reserve the right for 0.5 - 1 inch in our provided measurements due to human error. Under such circumstances, the variance should not be considered as a defect.

 

Laundry Care

For all clothing items sold on BETTY FISH, you are encouraged to hand wash without soaking. We are unable to refund any item which is damaged due to inappropriate laundry practices.

 

Purchase from third party

In circumstances when you purchase BETTY FISH merchandise from third parties, BETTY FISH will not be held liable for any grievances.

 

Mailing Errors

BETTY FISH will not be held responsible for any lost packages or damaged items during the mailing process, should the customer not have opted for registered mail.

 

 

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE

 

  1. Customer need to read PRG first
  2. Customer need to write exchange requisition email to customercare@bettyfish.com
  3. Subject of Email should indicate exchange. Example: EXCHANGE – Change Size
  4. Customer need to place a clear explanation of why you want to exchange the said item
  5. BETTY FISH customer care team will reply to customer within 2-3 days based on the complexity of the item
  6. BETTY FISH may agree or disagree to exchange the item based on PRG
  7. If BETTY FISH agree to exchange the item for customer, mailing address will be provided to customer through email
  8. Customer need to go to post office to post the item to the correct address and set mailing item as “pay by receiver”
  9. Customer MUST reply the same email that BETTY FISH sent for address imparting previously, indicate the date and time when you post the item to BETTY FISH for exchanging
  10. 10.  BETTY FISH will reply customer upon receiving the item through email

11. BETTY FISH will mail out an item which customer request to change to

12. BETTY FISH will send out an delivery confirmation email to customer to make sure the item is correct
